Booking Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients.
No-Show Policy
Appointments missed without notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required for bridal packages and extensive color corrections at the time of booking.
