1. Introduction

Welcome to Optionflare. By accessing or using our Toronto beauty salon services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our professional hair styling, nail care, skincare treatments, and makeup artistry services at our 45 King Street West location.

2. Booking & Cancellations

To maintain our modern and relaxing atmosphere, we require appointments for all services. We value your time and ours; therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Punctuality Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for personalized consultations. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, ensuring we stay on schedule for all our valued clients.

4. Professional Standards & Products

Optionflare uses only premium products and follows strict sanitation protocols. While we strive for excellence in every treatment, results may vary based on individual hair, skin, or nail types. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or medical conditions during their initial consultation.

5. Bridal & Group Packages

Bridal packages and group bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Final confirmation of guest counts and service details must be provided at least 14 days prior to the event date to ensure our team is fully prepared to enhance your unique style.
